We include delivery support for our list clients. If/when a delivery issue arises, we will investigate the issue and inform our client of the problem and suggest a fix for it. Included in our delivery support is our maintenance and promotion of a high reputation for all of our sending IPs. We also utilize whitelists and junk mail reporting programs with those ISPs that provide such services to list hosting providers.

We run our Mailman 3 servers on enterprise class hardware in our powerful and flexible cloud. Our network speeds clock in at 40 Gbps inbound and 1 Gbps outbound. We utilize SSD drives for their reliability and fast read/write speeds. The backend of our Mailman 3 setup with Affinity/Empathy is an enterprise-class database. Finally, Elasticsearch runs the indexing of our clients’ archives for fast and accurate searching and sorting.
